Bruce H. Williams, Esquire, graduated in 1973 from Rutgers-Camden School of Law. He received his Master’s of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1977.

Mr. Williams is a former IRS attorney. Before opening his own practice in 1978, he worked as a Trial Attorney for the IRS Office of Regional Counsel in Philadelphia. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state courts, as well as the federal district courts in both states, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Williams actively participates in numerous professional organizations, including:
